Join us for an informal screening of Edward Burtynsky, Manufactured Landscapes, Directed by Jennifer Baichwal, 2006.
Manufactured Landscapes follows Edward Burtynsky at work recording some of the most surreal and monumental landscapes of the 21st century: quarries, recycling yards, factories, mines, dams and shipbreaking yards in China. With an awe-inspiring soundtrack and cinematography by Peter Mettler, this film is part meditation on our impact on the planet, and part documentary about Burtynsky’s work.
