Board of Trustees
Ultimate responsibility for the Gallery resides with the Board of Trustees, of which there are now nine board members plus the Chair. The constitutional documents state that the Gallery can have a maximum of fifteen members, including newly appointed Trustees. Board members generally serve a term of three years, and may be renewed once for a further term of the same length.
Trustees meetings take place four times a year and aim to concentrate on one strategic issue at each meeting. Trustees and the executive regularly report on all matters pertaining to sub-committees.
