Family Photography Now, directive and week 29: Show me a photograph whilst you are out shopping – be it in a supermarket, department store or coffee shop

“I am interested in the still life details of everyday living-scenarios that are drawn from domestic spaces. In particular, observing the way in which we conduct our lives through our unconscious acts of ordering, stacking and displaying objects. These intimate objects read like a diary of our everyday life – of what you eat, whom you meet and what these places look like. I want to see photographs whilst you are out shopping, it could be in a furniture shop, department store or doing your weekly shop or even whilst unloading your shopping.”
