Print Sales

Print Sales has been an integral part of The Photographers' Gallery since its opening in 1971, supporting both the organisation and its photographers through the sale of contemporary, modern, vintage, rare and limited edition fine art prints.

Each year Print Sales stages a series of specific selling exhibitions.  These highlight the works of our represented photographers through carefully curated presentations that allow visitors to familiarise themselves with the photographer(s) work in an expert environment.  A dedicated team is on constant hand to offer advice to anyone interested in collecting photography from first-timers to seasoned collectors, corporates or public institutions. Due to our connections and networks, we can also help source work from a range of sources, nationally and internationally.

We represent and work with a range of British and International photographers including suchacclaimed artists and estates as Sebastiao Salgado, Elliott Erwitt and Jacques Henri Lartigue, Manuel Álvarez Bravo, Martin Parr alongside contemporary talent such as Evgenia Arbugaeva, Julie Cockburn, Alma Haser and Felicity Hammond.

We also run a Gallery Editions scheme, whereby world-renowned photographers and artists donate a limited edition print to help support The Photographers’ Gallery, enabling direct support for our programme as well as the chance to purchase works from leading figures at affordable prices.

All profits from Print Sales support The Photographers’ Gallery public programme and further allow us to support younger emerging artists at crucial stages of their careers.
