Our new digitial archive documents the Gallery’s rich history as a place for exhibiting and learning about photography.

NOW LAUNCHED!

We're launched a new online resource for our digital archive. Please visit the online archive.

The Archive is a free resource to dig into the rich and varied past of The Photographers’ Gallery and to support future learning about photography.

Material is regularly being digitised and catalogued, with new information, imagery and other material added to the collection on an ongoing basis.

Find out more about The Photographers' Gallery Archive which includes a full list of our programming history. If you don’t find what you are looking for, or have a query about the Archive, please email tpg.archive@tpg.org.uk.

Archive enquiries and access

Access to the Archive is free and by appointment only. If you would like to view any material from the Archive or have any Archive enquiries please email tpg.archive@tpg.org.uk and we will respond as soon as possible.

Archive submissions

We are always looking to add to our collection which traces the programme and institutional history of The Photographers’ Gallery. We welcome submissions of any material (e.g. invitations, programmes, letters, leaflets or other ephemera) linked to previous exhibitions and events.

Please contact tpg.archive@tpg.org.uk with a brief description of the material and we will be back in touch.
