Slow Art Day – Discuss Five Works
Join Caroline Dawson for an audio described tour of five works – across the Dave Heath: Dialogues with Solitudes and the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation Prize 2019 exhibitions – for Slow Art Day.
Slow Art Day is a global event with a simple mission: help more people discover for themselves the joy of looking slowly. One day each year – 6 April in 2019 – people all over the world visit local museums and galleries to take part.
Caroline Dawson is an access and inclusivity consultant working with museums, galleries and artists to improve access to art for everyone. By considering different needs and requirements, she provides rewarding experiences and environments in which people and culture can develop.
Please note: This tour is free for those with visual impairments and their companions (email before 5 April to secure your place).
£5/£2.50 for everyone else, including entrance to both exhibitions.
