CoderDojo: Drawing with Light
14.00 – 17.00
7-17 year olds are invited to program using BBC Microbits + ZIP Halo, a LED board capable of producing multiple colours and patterns, and then make long exposure images, drawing by hand as if the microbits were paintbrushes!
Youth and parent mentors are welcome, if you're interested in mentoring, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CoderDojo is a global movement of free, volunteer-led, community-based programming clubs for young people. Anyone aged 7-17 can visit a Dojo where they can learn to code, build a website, create an app or a game, and explore technology in an informal, creative, and social environment.
Within the CoderDojo Movement there is a focus on peer learning, youth mentoring and self-led learning.
