Complaints, comments and compliments 

We welcome all feedback. Your comments and feedback about your experience of visiting The Photographers’ Gallery help us improve our services for all visitors at the Gallery.  
 
If you are sharing a complaint, we will respond in a timely, professional way. We will reply by email (or your preferred method of communication) within 10 working days. If we cannot reply within 10 working days, we will keep in touch with an interim update.
