Develop, Making a Publication: Writing about art

Interested in writing about art but not sure where to start?

This event is part of our Past Programme

Join writer and editor Amelia Abraham for an informal session on how to write about art, culture and photography and get your work published. Writing is an important part of photo-books and photography.

Amelia will share tips on how to turn your ideas into pieces of writing, pitch to magazines, and write in a way that’s engaging, clear and personal. She’ll also talk about different types of art writing — from storytelling and reviews to opinion pieces and how to find your own voice.

Perfect for anyone curious about art writing,
