Artist Talk: Felicity Hammond

6:30pm, Fri 12 Sep 2025

Hear artist Felicity Hammond discuss her forthcoming exhibition and give insights into her distinctive practice, which works across photography, sculpture, installation and technology

The artist’s work explores the built environment, drawing attention to cycles of construction and decay, and the digital remnants of failed futures. In this event, she will reflect on her process of image-making and material transformation, the role of archives and datasets in her work, and how photography can challenge narratives and in turn be destabilised by technology.

The talk will offer reflection into the themes and ideas behind Felicity Hammond's new show at the Gallery, providing context and critical framing to the work.

Moderated by write, artist and curator Joanna Zylinska.

Details on how to access the event will be confirmed upon registration. Please check your junk folders if you haven't received an email from TPG staff confirming your place.
