Join historian John Wilson for a tour in British Sign Language of selected works in the exhibition A Hard Man is Good to Find!.
The exhibition charts over 60 years of queer photography of the male physique. It charts a clandestine visual culture that emerged, regulated by laws which enforced homosexuality as invisible. Thhe exhibition highlights key areas of London which were a focus for men seeking out men to photograph.
