Want more insight on the importance of a network?

Join artists Bafic and Zaineb in conversation where they will be exploring what a network is and how it can support you in your career by reflecting on their own journeys in the creative industry. They will be in conversation for 35 minutes followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

Bafic biography

Bafic is a Director and Artist based in London. His most recent documentary SUB ELEVEN SECONDS, profiles athlete Sha’Carri Richardson, on the quest to achieve her dream of qualifying for the Olympic Games. The film was Executive Produced by the late Virgil Abloh and premiered as part of Sundance 2022’s official selection, the same year Bafic was also named as Forbes 30 under 30 in Arts & Culture. Having established himself through his moving image commissions for artists and brands such as Neneh Cherry, Louis Vuitton, Off-White™️, Gucci, Nike and Meta, among many others, Bafic is currently developing long form projects across Film and TV.

Zaineb biography

Zaineb Abelque is a self-taught Photographer and uses photography as her tool to bridge the gap between faith, diaspora, fashion and people. Zaineb is preoccupied with storytelling and people, the notion that everything can be observed or connected. Co-founder of Athene club, a community that encourages women into the outdoors through education and creativity.
