This event is part of the Develop youth programme which is open to 14 to 24 year olds. Please only sign up if you are within the age bracket. 

To coincide with the last few weeks of The Photographers’ Gallery exhibition Helen Levitt: In The Street, we’ll be discussing a more contemporary take on street photography with Rio Blake. 

Rio Blake is a photographer based in London whose work is documentary in nature. We’ll be delving in to her process and discussing the tips and tricks she’s learnt along the way to getting the most out of capturing everyday life in public spaces like on the street.

About Rio Blake

Born and raised in North West London, Rio Blake photographer and creative with her work mainly focusing on the cinematic aspects of everyday life and the people she meets along the way. Rio has previously exhibited work at the Barbican, Sage Gateshead and White City House.
