Talk: On Lee Miller

6:30pm, Thu 11 Jul 2024

Hear about the legacy of the renowned photographer in this new talk

Coinciding with the 75th anniversary of Farleys House, this talk looks at the extraordinary legacy of Lee Miller and the ongoing significance of the renowned photographer’s former home.

Now a museum and archive dedicated to the life of Miller and Roland Penrose, Farleys House was a vibrant hub of creativity, attracting celebrated figures of the day such as Picasso, Eileen Agar and Dorothea Tanning, among many others. How did the sense of ‘home’ influence the artistic community that gathered there?

Featuring Ami Bouhassane (Director, Farleys House) and curator Zelda Cheatle, and moderated by Hannah Watson (Director, TJ Boulting).

In collaboration with Farleys House & Gallery and the Lee Miller Archives

Details on how to access the event will be confirmed upon registration. Please check your junk folders if you haven't received an email from TPG staff confirming your place.
