Join Min Kim for an artist talk about her project Ecological Strangers. She will discuss the creative process behind the work, exploring how the attention economy and productivity culture shape the way we engage with nature and digital spaces.
She will also talk about her work with Flock Together – a bird watching group for people of colour–including Sounds of Nature music series and OpenAREA initiative at the ICA, explaining how this community group has been creating access points to nature in the city while also challenging traditional definitions of nature through creativity.
