Watch Marc Lee on a live streamed presentation

This event is part of our Past Programme

Marc Lee presented "Used to Be My Home Too”, a project interconnecting a social network of nature observations by citizen scientists, a record of extinct and threatened species and a global mapping application. Using the Application Programming Interfaces (API) of these websites, Lee’s work explores the rich diversity of the planet while reveling the serious threat that human beings pose to it.

Screen Walks is a new series of live-streamed artist/researcher-led explorations of online spaces and artistic strategies designed to illuminate a thriving – often overlooked – digital cultural scene. A new online collaboration between The Photographers’ Gallery, UK and Fotomuseum Winterthur, Switzerland.
