Spanning identity, pop culture, fashion and everyday life, the exhibition celebrates internationally renowned Japanese women photographers, alongside those who have long been overlooked.

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of William Eggleston's landmark exhibition and book William Eggleston's Guide (1976), this major exhibition will showcase the photographer's colour dye transfer prints. A pioneer of colour photography, Eggleston (b.1939, Memphis, USA) is renowned for combining everyday observation with an intuitive sense of colour and composition. The exhibition brings together well and lesser-known images to celebrate Eggleston's legacy, influence and 60-year career.

An archival display featuring advertising, manuals, comics and toys, Snap Happy! shows how photography became more mainstream and much loved by younger generations.
