Situated in the heart of London’s West End, The Photographers’ Gallery provides a stunning contemporary setting for a variety of events.

 

 

Available for private and corporate hire, our versatile spaces offer a stimulating and inspiring environment to host exclusive events all year round.

Our third floor studio is our most versatile space, able to accommodate a wide range of events including meetings, presentations, workshops, screenings and press launches, while our state of the art galleries feature an acclaimed programme of exhibitions from international photographers and offer a stylish backdrop for evening events.

From breakfast views to evening drinks receptions and private dinners, our dedicated events manager will help you create a truly unique and tailored experience for you and your guests. Please do request a site visit if you would like to see the spaces and discuss your requirements.

Full-day Mon – Fri, 09.00 – 17.30, from £800 + VAT
Half-day Mon – Fri, 09.00 – 14.30 or 12.00 – 17.30, from £500 + VAT
Evening Mon – Wed, 18.30 – 22.00, from £600 + VAT

Capacity: standing 100 / seated 70 (theatre), 24 (boardroom)

Our in-house café can work with you to provide fresh, seasonal and flexible daytime catering arrangements for breakfast and lunch; for evening hires we can recommend a refined selection of highly regarded catering partners at competitive prices who offer outstanding quality for special events.

*All hires are subject to availability. Capacity may vary depending on exhibition layout. Times include set-up and de-rig. Catering access available from 16.00 for evening events. Costs do not include catering or gallery staff. Members and Patrons receive a 10% discount.

The galleries are not available to hire for exhibitions, parties, weddings, fundraising activities or publicly promoted events.
